How to change my status for NATS?

I regerstered as a participant, and now my truck will not be making the journey, so I need to change to a guest. How do I contact about this, and can I get any $ back?

I don't think that 'participant' is based on your truck being there. I think 'guest' is for your kids, girlfriend, etc...

I see in your sig that your truck is for sale. Unless you already sold it, bring it to NATS. Your never going to find a bigger gathering of SY/TY people in one place. Put a forsale sign in the window and enjoy the show.

I wish I had the money to be cheap. But as it sits now, I couldn't afford the gas to get out there, let alone the hotel bill :?

What defines a guest? We're coming but without trucks. We're both owners but in the absence of our own vehicles we're basically spectators. Just wondering what to expect at the door.

Catch a ride, sleep on floors, etc etc etc... I live 5 minutes away from the Hotel, you can shower and sleep here if you'd want. No exuses!

If you show up,you are a participant,truck or not. Your guests are extra

If you payed and can't make it,I'm sure Brian Dourty will give you the $ back.

You guys can stay in my guest bedroom. (Yes, we actually have one)

I'm in building 302. Suite E. Bit of a walk to get to the show.

Air conditioned, 2 bath, 24" thick reinforced concrete walls, armed guards, close air support, free food & ammunition. :tup:

The view isn't all that great but for 175,000 dinar a week (rate I'm paying) what do you expect?

I actually just booked a room for the two of us. :tup:

BTW, they are sold out of the group rates for Thursday/Friday, so the rate is $79/night.
