have you tried removing the adaptor flange and bolting the turbo up?? Bolt pattern is the same as stock, but clocked differently.

In that case have your muffler guy cut the JS pipe, bolt it up, line the pipe up and weld it. no adaptor needed.

I tried that the first night Mike. the holes dont line up. Close but still off and clocked wrong. I give up. Time to just put the crappy stocker on and move foward.

i know they are off, thus the reason for the adaptor....

but if you are having to make a special adaptor, or cut/re-weld the downpipe there is no reason to re-use our adaptor.

thinking of using the addaptor as a flange. Just to much work right now. I still have a lot of work on the truck to do. When I am ready for a new engine I will just have you make me a DP that works with a bigger turbo. I guess losing the HP this pipe would give me I have to deal with for now. It just look so good in there.

Thanks everyone for the input. I like having all this help. Someday I will know as much about this as you guys.
