Are the pte63 and 67bb turbos the same size? Will they both clear the a/c and other obstacles? ---

I mocked up a 67 with s cover 4"/2.5" and everything cleared fine.

X2.... Same here. The 67 with the S cover clears fine I had one new one (sold to a member here on the board) and have the other installed now.
Converter wise, I dont think that a stock converter would be real good but a 67 DBB with a stock converter would be better than a 20G / 51 with a stock converter. I have a 2800 stall an it is very good if not perfect for the 67DBB. Others may chime in or disagree but I think the 2800-3000 is the sweet spot for a 67 :tup:
