I found one

I've been looking for a red/red ty and found one in New Jersey. I don't live in that area so I was wondering if anyone in the Sicklerville, New Jersey area would look at it for me and check it out and run a diacom or datamaster test on it?

Thanks,
Tim

sounds like it, the two towns are right next to each other, you can probably spit on Car Nu from Sicklerville, and if I lived there I would :rotf:

Does anyone know where the Performance Car Store is in Sicklerville, N.J.? Have you seen the red/red?
the truck isnt in Sicklerville, its in West Berlin on Rt 73.

Performance Car Store = CarNu = "Shitty Car's Inc."

There have been 3 or 4 threads on this truck already,

and a White/Gray also at the same place here: http://www.syty.net/forums/showthread.php?t=34830

and just for shits and giggles, here's a little more reading on "CarNu" aka "Performance Car Store" : http://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=404915

Re: I found one

hey Tim,

i hear there is a MINT 17k miles red/red ty up in Harrisburg for somewhere in the low 20's.....if the weather was ever nice enough to take it out of the garage. ;)

is this it?

from other links, they say it has rust bubbles, etc... on the back above the hatch?

quote from the auction
The vehicle has its original gloss and shine. It is in mint condition. The interior of this vehicle is in absolutely mint condition and still has the new vehicle smell. Over 75% of the tread life remains on the tires. This vehicle is perfectly sound, no known defects. There are no electrical concerns associated with this vehicle. The engine is mechanically sound and can be driven anywhere with confidence. This vehicle shifts out great and is remarkably quiet. Door dings are usually present on used vehicles, but not on this one. This vehicle shines like new; it appears to have always been garaged. There does not seem to be any signs of any prior damage on this vehicle. Bid with confidence - no body damage present on this beauty. Our inspection of this vehicle has show the mileage to be accurate.

Hi Mike,

it is still in storage.... they just ****ing sprayed all the streets with salt and cinders yesterday morning! I was going to bring it to my house this weekend, but we'll see....

yea the roads are horrible right now. you should see my pale white sti

Ditto. I don't know why they sprayed brine monday night. It was BARELY snowing and the frosting on the streets would've melted by noon. Now we have DAYS of that crappy salt dust. Killed my plans to drive the truck on Tuesday (and for the forseeable future).

Now, back to topic. This red/red was previously at D'Asandro Sales (or some such place) in the Warminster PA area and it is not even close to mint, FWIW.
