I was in traffic lasntight trying to find a auto store that sales a lug nut tool so I could get the striiped one off. (The locking type, with a key you put over it to get it off, well the last tire place stripped both of them on my Camaro, both on the front tires! I got a flat and the car sat for 2 months)

Well, this white rapper in a Toyota Corolla S comes up with his homies in the car, with there bass just a booming. I'm looking at him thinking he's a ass, and his buddy starts to laugh at the truck.

I wasnt lined up to him at the light or it would of been over right there. So I had to wait till the next one. But he was to the floor and you could tell when car infront of him got over. I waited till the next light and got over. His buddy still kinda giggling over the truck. (Probably more over the pillar pods, probably thought they were fake or something.) I look over and smile. And start to build boost. He gave me a confused look. Light goes green and I was about at 6psi and man was he a LONG way back there. lol.

Come up to the next light in traffic and this older couple (probably in their late 50's early 60's roll down there window and say "Nice truck, you sure taught him" with a thumbs up

I dont know. They probably couldnt even hear the turbo spooling up with the bass they had on.

Yeah, I got whipped by one of those in my Justy, only it wasn't a Corolla S, and it was the old boxy kind.

Good kill, reminds me of the time (almost every day) some wannabe gangstas pull next to me in some Civic or Hyundai (and lose)

There isnt much to race around my area other then rice. There are a few mustangs and Camaro's and Vette's and Vipers, but they know what the truck is or just dont want to play. Like a 60 year old guy who always wanted a Vette and isnt going to rev past 3000 rpm's or something. :roll:

nobody ever wants to race me, in my town. everyone just revs on me, then i just open the exhaust dump and let them know who's in charge. after that no one has the balls to race.

I lined up with a Lightning - twice.

First time - we were side by side in a double turn lane. I had all intentions of punching it as soon as we got straight. He kinda came fast through the turn...I punched - he stayed there.

At the next light - it was my turn to go back to work. However, we had perfect lane position. My co-worker is pushing me. I told him the dude wouldn't race and he says "He will if he hears the turbo spool..."

So - I sit at the light with about 8# of boost my co-worker holding on to his Starbucks...The light changes and out of the corner of my eye I see a Starbucks cup go from vertical to horizontal. "I didn't expect it to be that violent." Luckily most of the coffee went on him...

Oh - the L - he didn't go.....

i ran the lightning once at the track already and he got my by 3 tenths but i'm still rolling without my front drive shaft and i spun the tires all the way through first and into second. so we're gonna go at it again when my driveshaft arrives.

now why he s/c the v6 i have no clue. something about wanting a sleeper i think... except the fact that his s/c whines like an alternator with the bearings going out. :dunno:

Eh, easy on the SC V6 Stang. I'm pretty sure there's a bunch of people wondering what the hell is the big deal about a single turbo V6 in a pickup or SUV that's over a decade old.

back on topic here...nice kill on the corolla. A girl im friends with has one, 120hp 1.2L I think. Even if you didnt boost he still wouldnt have had a chance. It must be the little wings on the back that make people think those bubbles with wheels are fast.

Theres a chick in Orlando with a v6 Firebird with a turbo on it. She run'd low 12's. I havent seen a sc'd v6 stang though. I know there is a sc'd GT around my area that everyone says is the shit. Probably becaue he dumped all his money into it. I've yet to race him though, everyone says I should. But he probably wont want to go from a stop :roll:
