Nice write up! Those wheels look awesome now. Ive got a black set for my Ty that need the same treatment. You mentioned some kind of kit?

kit was from here. im in the uk but im sure you would get something over there . I got the massive 52 piece set but didnt need any of the aggresive side as i used the nitromors and sandpaper and wet n dry so you could save some money. If i bought it again i would get the 37 piece

I like the fact that you did it with the tires/stems on. I'm working on mine (stock Sy/Ty), but w/o tires.

Yeah it wasnt as tough as i thought it was going to be. just didnt rush

I can't decide which I like better, the black centers or the gold....the polished lip came out FANTASTIC!!!

I was thinking about doing this to my OEM wheels. the coating on them is not holding well to the test of time now.
