As for dialing in, there is a local shop in Vancouver that has experience tuning Syclone's, but not with the stock computers. A buddy just took his Sy to FAST performance (or something like that) in Vancouver and they installed a Snow Alky kit and threw his truck on their AWD dyno, gave him a nice safe street tune making 490HP to the wheels at 23psi.
If you're looking for someone to tune your stock computer you may be out of luck, although if you have an emulator and software where they can tune live they may be willing to take a shot. If that's your situation though you'd probably get better help for less money using one of the members on the board who have experience tuning that setup, even if it does take a little longer to do the tuning via email and phone calls route.
Let me know if you want FAST's number and I'll find it for you. Tom's performance has a dyno as well, but it's a rear wheel drive model only.
