i haven't had it for a long long time...i was young and didn't like the fact that i was eating turtle. I'd be willing to try it again, but i know i didn't like it back when i was 10. I know there are some pretty good creole recipes for it that i'm sure i'd like a lot though.

I had turtle when I was in the cayman islands.. green soup isn't very appealing..
