IC lines

Didn't find what I was looking for so if someone could please answer this for me. Which of the two ports on the back of the intercooler is the return line from the heat exchanger. My truck has a ATR pump and additional exchanger using heater hoses instead of the factory lines. Just looking into putting a cool chamber for dry ice on the return line.

Thanks

Re: IC lines

I bleed my ATR intercooler with a purge valve mounted at the top left, highest point. No corrosion, it's been in the truck since 1996. With water, ATR pump, through factory cooler too, with about 6 ounces of Water Wetter, and hoses rather than the factory hard lines I can pull the air temps down to within about 20 degrees of ambient.

Re: IC lines

I never had a problem w/my Aux cooler.
My MAT's are cool.
Mine has been on since 1999. No rust, no blockage.

Have seen my air temps w/in 10 degrees of ambient.

My intercooler water is plumbed into the heater core as well.
