It is the DRAC what that stands for I don't know, but it is for the speedometer, ( and odometer i guess), mine had a loose connection that caused the speedo to quit.

Digital Ratio Adapter Control module. Converts the A/C VSS signal into a DC signal the ECM can use. Is the ESC wire under the carpet/dash still plugged in correctly?

Oh yeah. Thanks guys! I looked over the SyTy wiring diagrams, but didn't see it. The ESC wire is plugged in, but I haven't checked to see how correctly it's plugged in. I'll check that tomorrow.

I think the issue has been resolved... finally!

I pulled the computer a couple weeks ago and made sure the contacts were clean and straight. I plugged everything back in and the truck started right up with no CEL. I've driven it several times with zero issues. It's coming back out today so I can actually replace my heater core (vs. just talking about doing it), and I'll carefully reinstall everything when I'm done. I'll try to remember to post back here in a couple months to verify the resolution. Thanks again for all the advice!
