Inside Door Handle Spring ??

Can this spring be replaced, mine broke, if so is it a pain, any info on a fix would be great help, thanks

HELP sells this as a complete inside handle assy. Both sides are shot on mine. I replaced the drivers side 2 times allready in 12 years.

Im waiting till i redo the window motors in the spring to do it for the 3rd time. Not much to it, rmove door panel, remove old handle assy,
put it all back together...

Btw it stings if the spring hits your hand when it breaks.

I had to replace the whole assembly on mine, not that expensive. I just went to the dealership and ordered a new one.

My door handle is loose and doesn't lay flat, but it still works. I guess the spring is broken ?

Fixed it,got a spring from a junker S\10, recommand also getting the tool that helps remove door panels, also pickup a few new door panel fasteners, was not that bad to replace, thanks for advice !!
