Intercooler pump/flow help?

You need to bypass the intercooler pump so it will run all the time with the key on. With all lines connected remove the intercooler cap and fill until all bubbles are gone. It should take about 20 minutes to complete.
I have the pump jumped to run
I do have flow but when you turn the truck off let it sit a minute turn the key back on to cycle the pump sounds like it's chewing on air bubbles then starts to pump again

If your system is full. Take the intercooler cap off and you should see the intercooler coolant moving pretty fast. Check with the engine cold as it may overflow. If you cannot see the coolant moving and you are sure that the pump is chewing on air bubbles. Make sure that the hose clamps are tighten enough.

Continue to add coolant until the system is full and you can see it moving with the cap off.
