intercooler pump

I was thinking this winter do some minor upgrades one being the intercoller pump with braided heater hose lines. Anyway where can i get the upgrade pump and what would be a good price for one?

Do you have the link. I just want to make sure i get the right one. Is the intercoller pump an item that johnson still makes or is it an item that has been discontinued?

They are braided heater core lines.. not braided heater hose for upper ic to pump

Well let me ask this.....are these pumps replacments or upgrades from stock. I think just replacments but i was thinking to change it out for a faster and stronger one. ANy recommendations?

the johnson bolts in the stock location and is a stronger and better one

i heard the sureflo pump is like 2x the size of the johnson

it is so it requires a custom mount set up, not as easily installed as the johnson

It's a upgrade for sure.. stock pump blows.. Other options are Jabsco which fit the stock location just like the Johnson pump and the Shurflow which is bigger alot bigger but you have to figure out how to mount it up.

If you guys need help mounting a Shurflow it's not a big deal. You can zip tie it to the mounting pad where the old pump was. I did mine like that and it stayed there for the year I had it.

the shureflow pump is obsolete. if you have to custom mount a pump you might as well use a badass pump. otherwise use the johnson.
