There were rumors of another Teal, but from what I recall, it was just Teal, not Island Teal. In any case, there were like 5 or 6 different Teals that PPG lists for GMC in '92.

My teal Ty is called bright teal.

Ditto, mine also. I know there was a couple of different shades of "Teal" that were metallic for the full size trucks but I thought all the Ty's were "Bright Teal" only. Am I incorrect?

Bright Teal was the only official teal used on Typhoons. There was a report of a test-colour truck that was painted a different shade, that was just called "Teal", but that truck is yet to be confirmed. Bahama Blue and Ultra Silver are in the same boat as the Teal Typhoon.

Yeah it's Bright Teal but there may be six different shades of it.

There is something like that with all the colors

Well that figuers and you know mine is the one that is the closest to "Puke Teal" :rotf: .
But if there were only 30 somthing of them that color like Merk and Marty say, I guess I can live with it :tup: .
