You should look into ALDLDROID app. It has data logging and can customize a dashboard. Use on smart phone on tablet. No more laptops.

how are you hooking this up ? Bluetooth usb1 adaptor ?

I can use it with other OBD I equipped vehicles like my 88 R20 suburban with TBI 454 my GN Guy has links in description.
