ready to reassemble everything but I need help finding the gasket that goes between the oil return line from the turbo to the oil pan.

its the large washer with the rubber center that sandwiches between the outer side of the pan and the 90 degree Aeroquip elbow.

I litteraly drve 70 miles this AM to dealerships and NAPA stores trying to find just this one gasket/washer.

been told the part number is 15637656 and Vintage Parts has them for over $100.00! i can email pics to anyone to see what it is I am talking about.

please let meknow if anyone has one or can get it.

thank you

They are called stat-o-seals and can be bought from Earls and many online distributors. Hope this helps

hmm this is good to know. i pulled the 90' pan fitting off my truck and there was no seal. local speed shop guy told me to just use an O ring small enough to fit into the machined groove.

now that i have it all back together i better take it back apart and change it.

thanks for that

He's actually right. There was both. An o-ring that fit in the groove and the stat-o-seal that went on the outside. I think if you just have the stat-o-seal that it will seal up just fine.
