I`m locking for John Waller (Wallerperformance).
Two monts ago I ordered parts from him. I paid for the parts. Since this time he dosent answer to mails or pm`s. Somone knows if he is still alive?

hey what a surprise, another unhappy customer that he has avoided.

he's still alive, in fact he posted a couple times yesterday I believe. It takes him about 2 - 3 weeks to reply to people if its not in his best interest, just keep PMing and emailing, I'm sure he'll get the message eventually, or you'll fill up his PM box :tup:

Another unhappy, I will NEVER deal deal with that dude agin!! took 2 months to get back to me just to say he could not mod. my ecm that he said he can WTF. What A ?>"K I did get it back 2 months later just in time for winter storage. Have fun dealing with him. Hate to bash on anyone on here but what else you going to do? Just frustrating.

People would be better served knowing waller performance is a hobby shop, not a business IMO. Businesses usually have a somewhat quick turnaround in order to make money. I think waller believes he's just just doing people favors, while taking money of course. Expect LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG wait times for everything...even phone calls. Look elsewhere if you don't have time to wait.

Don't know the rank of quality to expect from his work though. When I first got on this board I wanted him to hook me up with a tune, turbo, and trans...but after hearing how long numerous peeps had to wait for anything, i decided to go elsewhere. Can't get frustrated if you're not a customer.

Good luck dooode. FYI- all the other vendors I've ordered from have been straight up and got me the parts I needed quickly as expected.

Man I keep reading more and more bad stuff about John. When I dealt with him he responded right away but once he had my money he wasn't so quick to reply. Told me 1 week to get my trans my done and it took six. After 2 he requested the balance of payment and told me it was done but it took 4 more weeks to get it. When he did my converter he told me I would have it back by the end of the week and it took 4. Same story with my vortec heads. From my experience the quality is excellent and I'm very happy with what I paid for. My problem with him is that my truck is a daily driver and when sh*t breaks I need it back ASAP! When I'm told its going to be a one week turn around and I send $2500 I don't expect to wait over a month to get what I pay for. So other than it taking 6x longer than expected I'm ok with Waler. Although he does tend to not be so quick to reply once he has the money and your stuff isn't ready....

he did my chip i think it was over two weeks and somehow shipping added another two weeks. it did run but it wasn't really right, it was like ultra conservative. i could add around 4 degrees of base timing and it ran good but still a little rich and could pull fuel pressure to help.

roland, I told you that I would ship your parts when they came in. I've ordered them from my supplier and I'm waiting on them to arrive. I cannot possibly get your parts any faster than I am. when they arrive they will go out to you the same day.

the part you want isn't exactly a shelf item so it takes some extra time to get one. if you want a refund I'd be happy to give it to you. lem me know what you wish to do.

just leaving some good stuff in here. it's been a while since i purchased anything from waller. but i used to have good experince with him. even got 2 rebuilded transmissions from him, and they work pretty well

John, this statement is what I waiting for. Nothing else. We are unstable if part is on the way or not. I sent you several emails and Pm`s and I not have received any reply. Customer’s truck is standing now over 2 months in our garage, waiting only for this compressor wheel. If I only had known that part needs so long time to arrive we can insert one of our stock turbochargers to made the truck moving / customer happy.

John, please don’t misunderstand me, but reliableness is very important in our business. We take care to over 40 Sy-Ty trucks coming from several places of Europe. We wont disappoint our customers or to play along. In majority of cases will be useful plain-talking. So customers will be content. No answer makes often more problems

Please let me know when part is going out to our supplier in Florida. Up to this time we will insert one of our turbo to customer’s truck

The Ty I bought has one of his 57mm turbos on it, and it's a very good piece- very quick spool up times. I was thinking about getting the w/g ported, but he seems pretty loaded down and a long wait isnt doable. Very informative posts on here however.

Ok from what i have read in this thread and many more i guess the only thing John is guilty of is not replying to email,Pm's and parts being late. This in its self is enough to piss people off, so John if you read this just let people know whats going on and if things have been delayed.
These trucks ain't Toyota's and some parts take time to get, so just let people know and that way they can't bitch.:tup:
I'm sure you know what a pita these trucks can be and waiting on parts just adds to the stress.
