Just my opinion, I would try to stay away from the "bling bling" look. Know what I be sayin, yo! :grin: I dont really care for the chrome rims, but they do look good. It is a big improvement over the stock rims.

Yep..Roland tried to do that. I think he couldn't get the tires for them. He got lucky cuz he came real close to getting them done, then called to make sure the tires were available...and they had been discontinued. I think thats what happened...

I have shopped for hours on line trying to find a wide 16" tire, that is still fairly short, with the exception of some hoosier road race tires ( only 1 line around the tire for tread) I have had no luck, I love the stock wheels, and was going to have them widened, anybody know of a wide short 16" tire. or of a shop that can turn a 16" into a 17"?

I looked into widening the factory wheels years ago but had no tire options in 16". I wanted to keep the SyTy specific looking wheel also. Someone was trying to get some SyTy reproduction wheels made in 17 or 18 inch but it never went through...probably not enough demand to justify it. Ii think I'm going to give in and go with the ZR1's. Best price I've found so far is $1,150.00 for chrome 17x9.5 fronts and 17x11 rear plus shipping. Those are reproductions by O.E.Performance. Next best price was $1,320.00 for reprocutions by Dantae. Anyone know anthing about either manufacture?
