looks like jersey colored plates, but i could be wrong

it was in bloomfield, nj..

which is northern, nj.. the neighborhood looks like its that area as well, but it could very well be south jersey.. more land between the houses than i first noticed..

Its in Morris County NJ now... Northern NJ...

List of upgrades that I know of.... Baer brakes, ATR pitbull exhaust... ATR intercooler, 7th injector, larger turbo.... i forget what it is, it's from a Grand National... as well as a few other little things... I'll find out what they are as I noze around a bit...
