Just to let you know since I was informed in a similar way... the KB red hots have been discontinued... however, a discovery was made by the chi-town peeps.. think it was opie... Basically they found out that the KB wires were made from taylor stock...

Taylor wire is on the left... KB wire is on the right...


People have been using the taylors with sucess.. I just received the two sets I ordered from summit... going to stick them on sometime between thursday and this weekend... One single set of taylor wires from summit is $32.99 vs. the $50 price KB was charging.. Less hassle with summit if you encounter a problem...
