I was installing a alarm in the TY the other day and came across a old insurance card which stated KEN Griffey Jr. I have read that he at one point in time has owned one could this be the one he owned. How would I find out?

I would say most likely it is the Ken Griffey Jr. Ty. You could always do a car fax and make sure it make sense on the Ty location. I guess you would have to know where Griffey lived and perhaps registered it, if he had multiple house. Some states allow you research title history of previous owners, but it various state by state what information and how far back they will go. (a fee will probably be involved as well)
I imagine in these days of twittering/facebook/myspace/ athlete websites you might be able to contact KG Jr or some answering on his behalf.

Does the insurance card have the Vin # for the Typhoon on it?
All of our cards have information that will tied the insurance card to the vehicle , with our name on it, address, policy number and the key information, (year,make,model and vin number of the vehicle that it belongs to).

I'd say that would be the real Ken Griffey Jr. Google street view that address. Not the biggest house, but I imagine it could have been for 1992. And he played for the Mariners at that time, so I'd say you definately have his old truck.
