Going home yesterday and saw a Sy going through the intersection ahead of me. Until now, there were no SyTys except for mine and Jims (SBNova) here in Lakeland that I knew of. Got on it and caught up to him in the TSX and got him to pull over.

Younger kid, kinda rough looking truck. Introduced myself, (I was wearing my syty.net shirt) kinda looked over the truck quickly since we were both in a hurry. Sy #301. Then he mentions his dad owns one too, #2011.

Gave him my info, and hopefully should hear from him soon. 2 Syclones just 4-5 miles down the road from me, never knew it. How cool is that.

This will make the 2nd Father/Son Team that FAST has, with Ian and Rob being the other.

Thats why we can say we have over 160+ registered known trucks in FL alone, giving us the title of most known trucks in any state :)

We just dont "sight" trucks and watch them go by and post on syty.net.... we stop, run them down, and hold them hostage until they agree to become part of FAST. Either that, or we leave notes on the trucks we find without the owner present. A majority of the owners are glad we found them and they now have a valid source of info and help.

Anyhow... we didnt talk long, but of course I'll make mention next time. What family doesnt need 2 Sys and 1 Ty?

Hey SYO, im pretty intrested in your SYO. What part of Lakeland do you live in ? Im pretty intrested in the 4.3 as my father lead me down this way ;P

ah, ok

Im located in Lakeland, more than welcome to come over... just give me a heads up on when you would want to come over.

Im in Oviedo / Deltona all the time visiting friends and family... alot of FL guys are on here as well.

Theres alot of trucks in central FL... we are due for a local meetup, keep watch in the SouthEast forum.

yea lol. Sorry i never called ya back. I was driving it cause mine was incapacitated last week which kept me pretty busy. Have i ever said i hate electrical problems?

so im guessing the dash went back in with ease then in the white? I need to cruise over soon... no excuse seeing how im literally down the road.

yea the dash was easy to put back in. Got my fuel pump in and my fuel pressure regulator and ended up the ground wire for the rear light harness was brittle so when i took the bed off it got messed up and also put in a Ultimate chip with my 3bar map sensor.
