Leaking exhaustm, but where?

I am hoping for some hints.
When I first got my truck, I knew the exhaust was bad, thought that was the reason for hte exhaust smell in the cab. And it was, so I replaced it. but I recently started to notice it is more prevelent. I have tried the "sock in the Pipe" to hear anything hissing, and I cant.
I cant see anything, but it is coming through the vents (floor one). I know there are no holes in the floor, and the DP back is sealed (double checked).
I notice that even wtih the AC on, I am getting the smell in the truck. Infact, I don't drive it much because of it. My clothes will stink like exhaust, even with the windows down.
Any hints on gaskets? I know the manifold to head doesnt have a gasket, but I was going to take them off and send them to be blasted and coated, should I put ones on it? Also is there a gasket on the turbo?
Just any hints would be great.

Check it on the first start up of a day. Try with the sock trick again to increase back pressure. It should force condensation out the leak before the exhaust gets hot enough to boil it. You may need some friends to check both manifolds and turbo flange.
Another option is to remove fan belt and hold a lit cigarette around suspect areas and watch the smoke.

I think there might be something else going on. Try taking off your oil fill cap while the engine is running and see if there is any smoke coming out.

This was going to be my surgestion. Mine has a heavy exhaust smell at start up and when ever I do a hard acceleration. Exhaust does not have any leaks anywhere, BUT I have a lot of blowby coming out of the driver's side PCV valve hole which ends up getting sucked right into the vents that's right in front of the windshield and blown into the cab. Took me a bit to figure it out and realized what was going on. Found out when I was under the hood one day and fluttered the throttle and saw the stream of smoke start blowing out. :(

I have a question.
On my drivers side valve cover, the elbow that comes up (and looks like it is supposed to be connected to a PCV valve) is open, with nothing there. Elbow to nothing. I have seen people run a small filter on it, but should there be another pcv valve (I know there is one on the pass side). and is so, does it connect to the air filter housing?

The pipe was originally connected to air box with a hose. You can add a valve cover breather as well. It should be unfiltered as it it be drawing in air from the vaccum on the passenger valve cover pcv valve.

The open pipe is not the cause of you exhaust smell. If exhaust air is pushing out of it, it's probably engine blow by.

Ok,
No blow by, however, I think I found the cause (maybe)
The PVC on teh rear of the T (under the UIC) was not in the hose. It was just sitting there. Would this cause teh truck to run bad if not hooked up?
