I wish I'd though of asking / posting this a few days ago. Not much time now. But I'm leaving on another roadtrip tonite. Los Angeles to Pittsburg, by Thursday mid-day. Then leave Sunday AM, and arrive Breckenridge, CO Monday afternoon. This trip stops in Breck, this time.
The Eastbound (begins 6/10) I40 E to OK City, I44 NE to St Louis, then I70 E to Somerset, PA.
The Westbound (begins 6/15) is I70 W to St Louis, Salina, Denver, Breckenridge.
If anyone lives within a 100 mile tow of these routes, has parking space, and wouldn't mind being asked to store my Ty until I could get back for it (probably a couple of weeks, MAX) in case of major mechanical breakdowns, would you please PM me your name, location (city /state), and best phone number? I appreciate it. I'll retrieve my PMs at 0300 6/10, and again this weekend.
The Ty is running perfectly, and I anticipate no problems, but this is a long way to go without contingencies. Mostly, I'm worried about vandalism, seats getting stolen, etc. if I had to leave it in a tow-yard.
