lifter problem

I currently have 412 cam, 850 lifters, 1.5 roller tip rockers and stock length push rods, on L-35 heads. The lifters are noisy and I think I'm getting false knock in park at 2000 rpm from 3-10 deg. All parts are new and lifters and rockers have been changed with another set of new ones. The only thing I haven't done is put the old lifters back in thats next, but what I see is very little oil to rockers. I have 70psi at the back of the block and turbo oil feed line. Can anyone tell me how I can check oil feed to lifters?
