OK, so its raining outside, I'm bored and I have nothing to do with my time so I thought I'd share my LIST of never ending MODS that I have accomplished since taking my truck out of service in January:

1. PTE 52 Turbo and downpipe setup cat eliminator. 8)
2. 50# injectors.
3. 98 Vortec Heads, ported, polished and flow tested.
4. D-I-Y Wideband O2.
5. LDTI Emulator so I can try to tune above.
6. Rear Disk brakes. (Conversion of LS1 powered camaro rears) 8)
7. Indiglo Gauge Package from Speedhut.
8. 3 Pod A-Pillar with EGT, FP and BOOST gauges.
9. Quick Ratio Steering Box conversion with Ty Box.
10. Steering shaft conversion, to remove SLOP in steering.
11. Rear Sway Bar installation (ADDCO).
12. RkKustoms Dashmat.
13. Poly engine mount conversion (JS Design Proto).
14. EATON POSI-LOCKER in stock rear. 8)
15. T/A Rear Girdle assy to strengthen Stocker rear.
16. Sheetmetal Intake Proto... <ON HOLD>
17. Apexi AVC-r Boost controller.
18. New power steering pump (needed for Q/Ratio box)
19. New water pump
20. Indestructible front shaft eliminating the CV Bullshit.

Still on the list but not soon, I want to get this thing running,

1. Rebuild the transmission and install the 9/11.
2. Start building up NUCLEAR PROOF bottom end.
3. Propane Injection.

Hey, make me feel better, anyone else spent this much cash-ola on their truck and NOT DRIVEN IT FOR 9mos Damn I cant wait til I get that intake back.. Let me know.. Post what you have done or anything else you think I oughta do. (constructively speaking BW :wink: )

I havent even received it yet, I got it off ebay brand new for $325 a couple of days ago.. My plan at this point is to get truck operating.. Then worry about the installation of the electronics, I dont know at this point where I am going to mount it.. Any suggestions ??? I was thinking stealth in center console..

avc-r is something you'll wanna have visible because of the 'cool' graphics. I'd put it on the lower dash tray at least....it should fit nicely down there without needing a trim ring.

Or you could remove your ashtray and mount it there...it'll prolly fit snug there as well.

I put on a Kenne Bell cold air intake as my most recent mod. But the truck was down the entire summer with a fragged tranny. That was 3 months down, I'd go crazy if I couldn't drive the truck for 9 months.

thinking about buying a az speed and marine throttle body and some drag radials then i will be done!

I removed my knock sensor and blew my motor. Does that count as a mod?? Actually, I was runnin on 5 cylinders, and I was desperate to get a few more launches out of it before it gets parked for a loooooong time. Motor is already bored out (maxed), I had nuthin to lose....
