You can tell that it was the other drivers fault. When people change lanes they usually accelerate a little. Thats why the bumper is pulled off the truck and not pushed in. If it was your fault it would be smashed in. You should have no problem proving your case to any insurance claims adjuster. when I saw the pictures I cried for a moment. j/k I feel your pain!
