Looks like it's the end of the road for me & my Typhoon

I received the deposit via wire and am waiting for the new owner of Typhoon #1438 to fly down from Canada on Monday to pick 'er up. It's bitter sweet because I love this truck and will miss it w/o a doubt but I don't get the chance to drive it as much as I would like (I've put less than 3k miles on it since taking ownership two years ago in Oct and that includes the ~1,500mi drive back from MN) and it just sits in the back of the garage collecting dust and getting cleaned more than driven. The guy buying it seems like a very good guy despite being Canadian so it will have a good home.

Monday will be a sad day when it drives off into the sunset with it's new owner piloting it.

i know how u feel, my sy is waiting for transport to Canada also.

same scenario owned ir for 3 years put less that 5k miles on it, sat in storage collecting dust and spider webs. very sad to see it go...

Vancouver I do believe. Land of the fries topped with gravy and cheese affectionately referred to as poutine!! (I think we had already taken the word Ovaltine)

I'll probably try to stick around or at least check in from time to time. There are some cool cats here for sure but I guess it depends on how busy things get for me in life.
