Low boost (8.5#) Need help figuring out why!

I recently purchased a Syclone with only 9600 miles.( I owned a Syclone new in 91 and put 50,000 miles on it so I know how they are supposed to feel under acceleration) When I bought the low mile truck it felt like it was getting no boost. Due to it having not been driven much over the last 20 years, we changed all belts, hoses, fluids, filters, etc. We installed a boost guage and found that the truck is only getting 8.5# of boost at WOT. At the same time that we installed the boost guage we installed the RPM catback exhaust, high pressure fuel pump, and a TurboTweak chip configured for the light mods we did. Can anyone help us with how to find the cause of the low boost pressure?

i think you should jump out the ring and sell that truck to me for 10,000.
Chip configured for a 3 bar and you have a 2 bar map possibly. boost valve unplugged or bad.

Boost solenoid hosing backwards you will only get 8lbs boost
