I would like to know how many kits have been shipped since the 2 earlier.
I understand those went to eh forum admin and a local guy to Mike so that he could attend local meets without being harassed I am guessing.
I highly recommend using all of the contact info found in this thread to let him and everyone associated with him how long this has been going on.
First GP ever to span an entire year and yet to deliver.

Ok, i have all the brackets cut out, and just need to clean up the edges, and drill the holes for the axle flange mounting and will get them boxed up this weekend, and all of the kits will be picked up from my place by DHL on Monday. Everybody that ordered a kit, i have your email and you will be getting an email from DHL with the tracking info.
I recently was able to buy a plasma cutter, which has made cutting out the brackets much easier, and has made for a nicer looking bracket in the end.
And i sincerely apologize to everybody for making you wait so long on this deal, it was never my intention, and when it was taking many months to get the cables made i inadvertently started other projects and this GP got put on the back burner, and that was a bad decision on my part. I hope everybody will be happy with the kits when they get them, and if for some reason you have trouble installing anything, ill still be around and will try to help as much as possible.

I just got an Email from Michael and DHL saying something is on my way in the mail ... I am excited!!! ( too bad I just wrecked my truck a week ago , and these rear discs MAY have prevented it ) . Oh well, I will keep everyone up to date ---

I have 6 of the kits that are shipping out today, and will be picked up at my place by DHL this afternoon, and they should be there wednesday or thursday next week.
If you bought a kit and didnt get an email from DHL today then you will have one monday.

Mike, you will not be taking anymore orders from syty.net until at the very least ALL orders are shipped and verified.
NO ONE should be inquiring about new sales or sending any money to him until this GP has been resolved and all current buyers are satisfied with the resolution.
There are people in this post that have had money on the line for over a YEAR now waiting for this to end!

thats great, i should have guessed he was a little out in left field when i bought a cam from him and it took a couple months to get it and he's only a couple hours away from me. i'll be looking for the new group purchase to happen soon

couldn't have said it better myself..........but if he wants to be considered an "okay guy" just not very responsible and got in way over his head,
than he needs to complete everyones order, and publicly apolagise to all party's ionvolved, and all of sy/ty.net.
i still believe that he should be stripped of his "trader rating" and put to 0, or -5 to start out with. if he so chooses then, he could build it up agian, and be in good standing in the community.
you may ask,... but who would want to deal with anybody with a -5 trader rating??
well then it looks like a little charity goes a long way....give some small things away to fellow board members, and they might just give you some positive feedback, and get yuu back to zero.
it would be like kinda filing bankruptsey (sp) on your trader rating.

Well anybody that knows me knows im an okay guy, and never meant to drag this out as long as it has, just got my prioritys mixed up and took on way to much thinking i had enough time to get everything done, and i was way off in that thinking.
But to everybody that was involved in this GP, I do sincerly appoligize for making everybody wait so long to get what you paid for in good faith. I know i said i would powder coat them brackets, but to be completely honest i just dont have the funds to pay for it. So they are cleaned up and ready for paint, so you can paint them however you wish.
In the end where the cable passes thru i was in a hurry to get them done and realized i forgot to cut a slot so the cable can pass thru, so you will have to do this, its not a big deal and i appologize for overlooking that, the 5 kits i have almost done will have the slot cut. I just need to drill 3 holes in each bracket and bend them on the brake and they will be in the mail.
