What's a joke is how you are going about this. Asking for "investors" on a forum with a $5 donation? Get real man.

Hit the bank and get a loan if you are your limits with money, not a public forum that you have no history on where people are going to question both you as a trustworthy person and without fact/history of your fabrication skills to back up your claims of being skilled.

If you are that confident about success, then getting a loan shouldnt be an issue as you will be paying it back will all your profits.....right?

There were good people in this world . $5 also used to be alot of money decades ago . Nowadays it doesn't buy much regardless of the good people willing to give it up so easily .

Do you finally see that asking for "not much" , yet promising "more and better" was an unrealistic goal from the start ?

It's not an unrealistic goal. I I could get a band saw, I can start pumping out thick flanged heavy sheet metal pans out to the masses.

Go find someone else to bother!

Your not going to be making any pans for a $500.00 investment. Your better off getting a already made sheetmetal pan and reworking it. You don't have a brake,shear or a press , so unless your extremely creative I can't see your plans happening. I have 20 hours into a pan and that's from a new one. Then the mounts I bought from somebody else for $50.00. Exhaust is from a f-body car and a exhaust shop. How much building material do you thnk you can buy for under what ever amount you have left over from your bandsaw purchase?.I'm not trying to beat down your idea, but your $500.00 budget on this task is 1/10 of what you might really need to start up.

100 people would be a start. I pitched this on 2 other s10 forums if there's a 100 people on each, that amounts to $1500. I have a metal brake, I also have plenty of cutting tools. I can make pans on a junk LS block to keep them square with no warping. I have a drill press that I can use, I have a mig welder I can use,
As I said before these will be heavy flanged, thick sheet metal pans with all the clearances worked out.

I posted this on 2 other boards and THIS is the only board flaming me.....Wonder why that is?.................

Easy. We have a higher caliber of forum members here that doesnt get easily swindled into stupid shit and give money out like its free candy. :roll:

On top of that, count the number of people who have done or actively doing a LSX swap or slamming their SyTy right now. The majority of your market is not here, so go back to playing on the S10 forums and bribing them for handouts. Come back when you have something that is worth looking at that just may benefit this group.
