M.S.D. placment????

I just got an MSD from a friend , now the question is where in the hell do I mount the damn thing? Any pics. would help. I am also still running with the ABS. Thanks

I mounted mine in the fenderwell next to the battery.

AFAIR there were problems with MSD boxes on the firewall, or in the cab. So I'd put it as far from the cab as possible.

thanks I removed the antifreeze tank and mounted it there and I'm going to get a catch can. Thanks

I mounted mine on the "shelf" next to the radiator, right below the vacuum ball. I had to elevate it so the bolts holding the front of the passengers side inner fenderwell can run up all the way. It is a cool spot that doesnt get wet. I did have to extend the wires so the harness would reach.
