I have removed the bolts and finally wiggled it enough to get what appears to be enough clearance to access it, but haven't tried yet. The res. was just seized onto the bracket really hard and just took a little time to free it. I thought it wasn't going to budge at first after some pretty good coaxing. I left and came back to it and that time it let go fairly easily. I am about to try and get it off, and will let you know. Thanks for the help!

That's why I made sure to include the words "boxed end". A reg crow's foot will prolly do the damage you're thinking of...
