I can't wait to see this truck run Matt. I may NOT ask for a ride until you get a few hours in piloting that thing though.
I do find it amusing that your slow Syty will run mid/low 11s.

The front off that engine looks very nice and clean, what a/c compressor is that, Is that the stock sy acc. bracket, do you happen to have a part# for that belt drive?

its a vintage air frontrunner setup, a/c compressor is a sanden not sure its from a certain application http://www.vintageair.com/sbffrntrnnr.asp it pricey around 2200 :tup:

Finnally glad to see somebody made a deal with Dave on that whole setup burning a whole into his soul just sitting in the garage. He bought and sold two trucks because of the plans for that engine. Saw that engine in person several times, very nice setup. Having the BS3 control it and being in Nolan's neighborhood suits you very well I must say. Im sure you got a very good deal on the whole package, I know he was dying to give it away. Goodluck and cant wait to see the results!

The FMIC he was going to run was huge! The reason for choosing the Sy over a Ty for the build. So the radiator could be put in the bed. Who ever bought the Sy from him got the A2A. What are your plans for the IC? Will you be keeping AC?

A little update,Got the turbos and wastegates ordered from presision turbo, looks like I am just going to order a jakes performance 4L80E, I am hoping by the end of the month I will have it completely assembled and mocked up in the truck so the wastegates can be positioned and the downpipes built, then back to Moretto to dyno it
