Mille Miglia Spider 18x9" Wheels (HOW TO FIT?)

I have found a killer deal on these wheels, but I need to know what spacers to use...... the guy at syclone.org will not tell me what he used on his truck (or at least answer his emails)...

The wheels cost $120 retail... not bad for an 18" rim....

Wholesale for the whole set.... $280... NOT BAD!!!!

Wonder what they would look like powdercoated black?

I have some info on the wheels you want, I was looking for them myself and could not find them. I will find it and email it to you directly.

Does you supplier have anymore for sale? I would be interested in a set.
Thanks

Mike I have all the info you need... I actually looked into these wheels last September... Really nice looking with a set of Baer brakes... S'why I was looking at them.. Spent about a month talking with tirerack.com .. You can't get the same one's Rob of Sweeden has from Tirerack.com... His wheels require "NO" spacers.. Either the people from Tirerack are just stupid or don't know how to get them from Mille Miglia of Italy... I know for sure the right wheel/Fit is offered in Europe... Rob even offered to buy me a set... shipping would be killer though so I passed for the time being... Contact me over AIM or ICQ... I'll tell you what you're looking for.. Will even help you.. Problem is I couldn't find a large distributor online located in the US other than tirerack that carried Mille Miglia.. Found one in Canada though but never spoke with them..Think I still have the original emails... from Rob.. and Mille Miglia of Italy...

I already added you to my AIM & ICQ contact list.. so If you can't find me.. I'll be able to see when you're online... I'd also be interested in a set if your supplier can get the right fittment..

That's not a bad price at all. If you can get more from your source then I'd also be interested. I think enough of us are interested that maybe you can get a group purchase through your source

Hey cHoCco,

Can you post that info (model #, size, offset), so I can check locally with my Mille Miglia supplier

TIA

Here is a better picture take of the Mille Miglia Spider rim that was on Rob of Sweeden's Syclone.. (the one off of Syclone.org)

MigliaSpider.jpg

Rob Had Mille Miglia "Spider" Rims 18x8.5
There's nothing super special about the offset.. Because it's taken from the 95+ BMW 3-Series & 5 Series... BMW's 3-Series comes with a 42mm Offst which works for the front of our vehicles... The BMW 5-series rear rims contain a 13mm offset which perfectly matches our SyTy's... Problem i was having was that Tirerack couldn't find a listing for the front rim in an 8.5" fitting ... and they couldn't find a listing for a Spider wheel for the 5-series at all... This being said even though on
Mille Miglia's webpage.
http://www.millemigliawheels.it/eng/Default.htm
in the shockwave lookup they listed both rims .... (It looks like this feature is down at the present).. Also they listed product codes for rims in the shockwave lookup..
I'll have to dig to find them...

Anyways... Thought this might help a little till i can dig for the info..

There Fat there is no doubt about it. I have liked the look of those wheels since I first saw them on Robert's truck a year ago. The lack of a local retailer that could get me the correct offset kind of scared me off. A had to settle for a differin't brand.

Do you guys have a bigger pick of this truck? I want to see a side view. Those have to be my FAVORITE wheels

They run a good price tag?

here're some pics of robert's truck... Posting these without his permission so if he asks I'll take them down.. Don't see why he'd ask to though.. but the coding on his page is kind of set that way so no one else can use/take his pics... Anyways here you go... These pics are straight off oRobert's website at http://www.syclone.org

Tirerack had them close to this price as well for most vehicles cept for the fact that they couldn't find the right product codes for the rims that we needed... Once again due to lack of effort or ignorance..
Believe me... spent a month going back and forth with these people... told them bout the info on Mille Miglia's website as well..

Is the backspacing different for the front or rear between a ty and a blazer/jimmy? I have to get those wheels for my truck! I am in on the group purchase if one erupts!
