I desperatly need motor mounts, and want something better than stock. I did a search but all i found was people complaining about how hard it is. Can I get suggestions of good mounts and where to get them?

You might not, but your truck will.
Think about it... watch an average SyTy motor with stock mounts at idle-
It bobs all over the place.
With solid mounts, where do you think that vibration goes? Into every bolt, mount, and electrical connection in the vehicle.
When I worked in the avionics industry, we had to run all our boxes against a battery of vibe-table tests for reliability certification.
If you've ever seen a circuit card on a vibe table, you'll notice (with the help of a strobe light) that it turns into roughly an "S" shape at a certain amplitude and frequency. Eventually, chips will pop right off the board.
Now, think about that in terms of all the electronics in your truck. And all the bolts, nuts, plastic fasteners.
I've mentioned this before, but I won't put solid mounts on anything that isn't a dedicated race vehicle. Ie, something that you expect to have to take apart and re tighten periodically.
