Re: MUTANT Sy...
Yeah, semi-public apology to Robert for taking so long with the truck. I know how hard it is to sit and wait w/o your truck and I'm sorry it's taken so long. Robert knows the reasons why, and we won't discuss them here, but needless to say, the truck needed much more than tuning when it arrived at my house (no fault of the owner) and things like the alternator going bad, my Ostrich dying, and me having to take care of all the obligations/commitments I had besides his truck all contributed to a much longer finish time than anticipated.
For this, I apologize. I wish I had it to do over again as I wouldn't have taken on so much other stuff during the time I had Robert's truck (though, to be fair, his truck was supposed to be done by Sept 1st and I committed to the other stuff before knowing the extent of work still needed on his truck). That being said, no hard feelings on my end.....Waller did a good job assembling the truck, Robert was extremely patient, and I hope I did a good enough job finishing it up. The tune was very conservative as I wasn't sure how Robert ultimately wanted the truck to drive/feel, so I'm sure I'll be sending him some chip updates in the future,
I know this could've been kept to a PM/call (and it has been), but I'm not the kind of guy to commit to a 3-4 week job and turn it into a 12-13 week one. Obviously, there was much more to the story and I'm thankful that Robert was patient and cooperative with me to allow me to finish it. Definitely a very understanding guy.
