My truck's new "smile"...

I went ahead and bought the exact same A2A IC that epix purchased and threw it in the truck (31" x 12" x 3"). I wanted to keep the A/C at least for now (AZ summer's right around the corner), so I had to modify the core support and grille fascia pretty extensively to fit it up front. It's a bit unsettling to cut up the truck with fresh paint on it, but I think it'll be worth it in the long run...

Yeah... purchased the same DiY A2A setup like epix...I'm at the nervous stage of cutting the raidator support

If anyone that has gone this route can pass along some details, I'd appreciate it.

Oh yeah...nice paint!

Looks good, nice paint job too! Can you post MAT temps? I'm curriouse as to how effecient it is. I tried getting some one else (who will remain nameless) to post thier temps but that was like pulling teeth I suppose.

Hey Pete/epix...can you offer some tips on what/how much of the radiator support you cut? Did you just create a cardboard/sheetmetal template and crank up the cutting-wheel?

Very nice looking setup. I'm impressed that you were able to keep the AC. Epix, did you keep your AC too?
