My TT 408" project...

What ever it takes!!
Finally made some major progress, I used the pan and motor mount from RPM with no problems with the 4l80e installed. I did have to massage the firewall tunnel though.

Im going with low budget 317s casting ported heads.$135 plus port work and upgraded hardware cost.

Re: My TT 408" project...

Thanks for comments fellas...I took almost a full year off of working on this project and started picking up the pieces on where I left off a week ago.

Off the top of my head, I have a few items to take care of before I can hear it run for the 1st time.

1. finish installing wire harness (85% complete).
2. order braided hose to plug in boost reference from FPR to intake.
3.
4. install shifter console
5. install carpet inside cab
6. install 45* AN fittings to FPR for lower clearance.
7. MAP bar sensor
8.
9.
10. align alternator pulley bracket for perfect belt wear.
11.

damn! I still have alot of work to do.
Im unemployed at the moment so I will be getting this done before thanksgiving (realistically).
