I put the orders in and i'll mail the next batch out monday. I think i'll mail them out every monday so if you get your orders in by sat. the latest they'll go out on monday. Also, thinking about closing the purchases down at the end of April this way Lisa will get a nice check at that time.

By the way, I mailed payment to Balm Florida. That's the correct spelling, right? When I first looked at it I thought it was Palm, which would make sense in Florida. Then I started wondering if it was a typo.

I guess it's too late now, it's already in the mail.

Keith got the hats, and they are nice, or they would be if the post office wouldn't have crushed the box.

When I opened the mail box I almost laughed. It looked like someone sat on it, picked it up and gave it a half turn and sat on it again. It's stamped on almost every side that it was received it damaged condition. I figured it would be OK because hats are cloth. I forgot that the bills are cardboard.

Man that's BS, "received in damaged condition". I put them in a brand new box, I thought the box was overkill but wanted to put them in something that would "protect" them.. guess i was wrong..
You bought 2 hats right? I can send you new ones if you want. Sorry that this happened. Let me know.

I should have posted before, but I got my hat a couple weeks ago and it showed up in great condition. I really like the personalized username on the back.

I hope all the hats sell out but I wish they never had to be made in the first place.

I don't think, for one second, that you shipped the box in that condition. Actually, I don't think the post office would accept a box in that condition(for shipping). Why would anyone even bother shipping something in that condition. The kind of person that would do that would just keep the money and not ship anything.

I don't have much experience with damaged mail, so I'm not sure what the post office will do about it. I hope to get there in the next day or two and ask them about it.

Nahh i know the PO did something to it.. I wasn't saying that you thought i shipped it that way.
I'll send you out a new one, your not going to get anywhere with the PO.
