I am just hoping I wasnt the last person to "talk" with him because I was busting his balls about sending me a 20.00 for some parts I told him were free, but he sent Cash because he said I know you wont cash the check

My girlfriend is always worried that one day this might happen to me, as I am always under my car or truck doing something. Even if its just to plan future things.

I loved the chronicles of myclone as well.

Speachless..Nothing we can say can even begin to describe the kind of guy he was. I too never got the chance to meet him but became buds with him on this forum. He will be missed dearly. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I'm so sorry to hear that, I didn't know him well but I know he was very well liked and will be deeply missed...absolutely terrible...I remember meeting him at the Chicago Nats right after he got his 11 second pass he was happy as could be...may he rest in eternal peace..

Never met him, but his stories always made me laugh. Guess that's what I'll remember about him the most.... He'll be missed.

My condolences to the family.

Like many others, I never had the privilege of meeting Dave, but will miss him none the less. The world would be a far better place with more like him. Lisa, you and yours will be in our thoughts and prayers.

I am SO sorry to hear this. I still can't believe it. Lisa, our prayers go out to you and your family. I too didn't have the priviledge of meeting David in person but, being on here for all these years and reading his posts and stories made me feel like I did know him. And of course he would help me out or anybody out if he possibly could. Great guy and will truely be missed.
