need help ASAP what are these plug wires? PIC

What are they where do the go i didnt unplug them so i dont know. Heres a pic this is one of the last things to conect before startup.

The top one looks just like the black one to the coil but has orange and black lines so im lost?? the bottom one i have no idea??

the bottom looks like and msd gm adapter pigtail for a digital ignition box. the top one works with it. do you need a hookup diagram

i have msd ignition. so do i plug in the factory ones to the pig tail and the other black plug to the coil??
