S4Vince said:Well, I got them off. I spent over two hours dicking around with all sorts of tools. I finally said F it and actually drilled the center cap itself. I literally drilled a circle around the lock and pulled the cap off. Yes, all four caps are slaughtered. I don't feel to good about this but I'm sure I'll get over it once my ZR1's come in this wheel.
Thanks for all the wisdom none the less!

- Take a dremel and cut a straight slit in the lock bolt with one of those mini cutting wheels. Then just use a flat head screwdriver to remove.
- Drill a small hole in the lock bolt itself and use a screw extractor ("easy-out") to remove.

S4Vince said:I knew I would get some shit for this although there was no getting these locks out. I tried the slit in the screw idea using the dremel, didn't work. Trust me, these were seized in there. The wheels had not been removed from the truck for over 8 years. Even after drilling around them, I was only able to get two out using vise grips. And no, they were not "perfectly good" either as the wheels and center caps are both thrashed badly......hence the new ZR1's.
