Need help with avatar.

Finally have pictures of my truck SY2455, but no matter how small I make it down to 1/4" X 1/4". It still said it too big to use. How do I fix this? here are the 3pictures, I would like to use the top one for my avatar.

Yeah, I didnt think it would at 150, I first did 125 but thought it might of been too small.

the pic is still to big the properties say its 150x99 thanks anyways> also it lookes alot nicer without antenna

I made mine 100x75.....just used the thumbnail from it's album....figured that 12 ft tall tire was big enough at that.... :lol: plus, if I was to do it at 150, you'd be able to see my ugly ass face....
