I previously lowered my Syclone in the back using 1 5/8" blocks and all was great, nice ride height and all. I then install new Bilstein HD shocks front and rear and now the thing sits like a 4x4 again......well, at least in the back. Will these settle? I have had the new shocks on for well over a month now however have on put about 30 miles on them. Do I need to put 3" blocks in? I like a little rake, maybe an inch or so higher in the back. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks

Must be some really strong and high pressure shocks. I wouldn't think the shocks could expand that much force. I mean you can push the shock together with your hands so how much force is that. Apply that same force to the rear of your truck. How much can you raise the truck?

Anyway, if they haven't settled by now, they never will. So a large block may be required. I don't think the overload springs contribute much to the normal ride height so removing them probably would not help.

I had them machined down to 1 5/8". It's probably not even noticable but somehow I thought a 2" drop to be too much. Guess I'm just weird like that!!!
