Great stuff Mike!

I thought another thread said something around 1750-2000K...I could be wrong though.

Since I'm a nice guy you can use my truck as a test truck for them. I'll even install them for free

Bolt on #1 exhaust port looks like it might be a challenge...maybe it's just the angle of the pics. Nice headers

Re: NEW: RPM's Single Turbo Header Pics

Well the pictures definately are misleading in some areas.. I tried the best i could :)

We designed the headers with larger 7/16" header bolts but will provide the super small ARP 5/16" hex bolts with the kit so bolt access will be a breeze. Spark plug clearance is definately the best yet (over KB and ATR), and will work with angle plug aluminum heads as well. We had to change primary designs probably 5 times b/c once we got one variable figured out it interfered with something else.. Finally we made everything work, and i was satisfied that every issue or consern i had with previous header systems were addressed with ours... no stone was left unturned..lol

About the only thing which is certain is you need an aftermarket steering shaft to clear the larger primaries.. The stock power steering fits just fine and does not require you tweek the feed line like the ATRs.. Solid motor mounts are highly recommended to insure a proper fit, and keep the motor in one place.. A/C is recommended to be removed, however it looks like it would still work. The oil lines to the remote filter will probably have to be re-routed due to the larger crossover pipe.

All in all the mods necessary to install these headers are really quite simple and minimal, however i am not recommending these be installed on an otherwise stock truck.

hope that answers some questions.. the prices mentioned above are most likely going to be accurate, however i'm still adding up all the time and materials it takes to build each set.

Does it mount the Turbo in the stock location, using the stock exhaust housing and downpipe???

Re: NEW: RPM's Single Turbo Header Pics

turbo is in stock location so stock turbo/downpipe should work, although i dont know why you would do that,. As for straight plug -8s, plug clearance should be fine.. It fits with the angle plug, and stock plug angle, and on a straight plug brodix the only difference is the plug is aimed slightly down which there is plenty of room on all cylinders.

Price is $1750 for mild steel with 2000+deg ceramic coating, or $2000 for purge welded stainless. Minimum of .065" wall or 16ga material.

We have 5 sets already pre sold so once i fill those orders, i will be able to assist many of you.. If you are serious, just email me and you can get on the list.
