Looks great, I know that this waiting will pay off with a set of those high qaulity headers on my truck... I'm still next right Mike?

Like you need them?
How much power is your engine making? ;)
Probably will make some difference on your engine but I doubt it on a stocker. :2cents:

the stainless is 304, but could be swapped to 321 for the increase in material.. As for 18 deg, i'll have to lay it out and see if everything still fits, as the ports are shifted around and i dont know if i can make the bends into the collectors which must remain in the same location. On the twin turbo headers it is much easier with the collectors being up high..

It seems as though the A/C fits just fine, although when building the headers i didnt plan on it.

The heads that will work with these headers:
Stock, L35, Vortec, Brodix -8 or Lil Brodie
Also the 23 deg pontiac or Brodix -10x will work but we need to use a different header flange with them due to the ~.200" raised exhaust port.

Dean, unfortunately you had modified KB headers which put the turbo in a completely different location, so i have to start from scratch when building yours. :-( But the good news is the truck that was tied up for mockup is now available so now i can work on yours.

Working on mine now? oh man that's nice to hear
Do you have to put the turbo in the same location because of where that down pipe is located? Never really was to fond of the turbo being up and over so high... but if that's how it has to be.

unless you want to change alot of stuff then yes, the turbo needs to stay in the exact same location.
