new tires

The original tires on my 92 Typhoon have lots of tread, but are old and quite hard. What would be the best replacement tires? thanks

i have sumitomo HTR all seasons in the stock 245/50-r16 size. they are excellent in dry and even better in rain. no noticeable "bog down" when you hit a puddle. i have nothing bad to say about them. here's a link to what and where i got mine.

I love Kumhos. They're fairly inexpensive, good grip, good wear. BFG if you've got the money.
