Welcome. Where're you located? You should probably hook up with someone knowledgable in your area to chat with.
First thing I'd do before putting on the above mentioned parts are the following:
Full Tune-up
Cap Rotor (brass)
Wires (ATR or better)
Plugs (correct ones)
FUEL PUMP (stock one is marginal with stock setup, ,let alone the mods you're planning)
AFPR (adjustable fuel pressure regulator)
Fuel filter
Some kind of new air filter, (drop in K&N?)
Boost gauge (since the stock one may not be accurate and only goes to 15lbs)
Can anyone think of anything else?

I'm in MI. There is a shop right down the street from me (Aggressive Auto), they do mostly Grand Nationals, but the owner Bruce said they have done a handful of SYs and TYs. They did all the work on all my cars, so i trust them totally. I have already did plugs and wires, didn't think of the rotor though (thanks) everything else on your list is coming thank you for your input
