Hi,
Since 1992 I always wanted a Sy. Back then, when I was 15, my first car was a 454SS, and I guess it was the responsible for me being like I am...
This month, I bought a 1 owner, garage kept, 99% stock (except tires and battery) Sy.
It is located at KY and before bringing it to Mexico, I will drive it to sportmachines at NY to have it ready.
Any suggestions are welcome, as I have never driven one of this vehicles.

Ready for what. If the pics Jimmy linked are of the Sy you bought, it is about as ready as it'll ever be. If I was the buyer, it would be coming straight to my driveway. Beautiful Sy!!!!

Yes that's exactly the truck. I didn't saw that link before, lucky me that it was the same price, otherwise I would be mad jaja.
Im looking fwd to install the sportmachines super stock 18in wheels. According to their website, the widest one they build its 12in. Does anyone knows if a 315 would fit without any mods? how about the front, I was thinking on 265.

Bienvenido! I too drove a 454SS in the 1990's but always liked the Syclones/Typhoons.

By way of suggestions, I personally say: Keep it as close to stock as possible.

You have a beautiful truck.

Damn, those superstockers are nice wheels. Congratulations on the purchase and put some pictures up after the install. I never get tired of seeing those wheels.

Thanks! I have a secret in my family..... My wife does not know anything about Sy. When it arrives I am pretty sure that she will be jealous and mad, but I'd rather ask for forgiveness, than permission!!! Don't you?
